Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest at exhibiting at our craft fair.

Important information:

Exhibitor fee: Earlybird price $25.00 until 11/15/2024, after which the price is $35.00.
The deadline for vendor applications is Sunday, December 1, 2024
Pay for space by Debit, Credit or Venmo via PayPal.
Spots are 8x8feet with some space between. There will be a max of 12 spots.
Bring your own folding tables for front and optional back. 8 foot max.
Bring your own chairs or use ours.
Shared electricity is available; water is "nearby".
We DO NOT provide internet access.
If you are selling food, you will need a health certificate.
If you are selling anything at all, you will need to display CT sales tax license and collect sales tax.
Arrive at 8:30 AM to set up.
Do not break down until all shoppers have left, expect 3:30 PM .
There is some limited storage space away from your spot.
Christmas-themed crafts are encouraged but not required. We reserve the right to exclude any display that conflicts with church standards.
No Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs or Weapons on Premises.
No Pets; Service Animals are Permitted.
We cannot guarantee any sort of exclusivity.
